These terms are between you and Mokafe ("Mokafe", "we") — the venue you are ordering from. The ordering platform is provided to us by Kayts.
These terms describe how you can use this ordering platform to browse the menu, place orders, and manage your account. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the items you select, including any delivery fee.
To place an order, you sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS. Guest checkout by phone is not currently available on this website.
Card payments are processed through the bank's own secure payment page — this website never sees or stores your card number. Cash and other payment methods are also accepted where enabled by the business.
Delivery orders may be fulfilled by the business’s own couriers or by a third-party delivery service, depending on availability in your area.
Loyalty points, promo codes, and order history are tied to your account and may be adjusted by the business if an order is cancelled or refunded.
Prices and availability: prices are shown in the venue’s currency and may change; the price at the moment you place the order applies. If an item is unavailable we will contact you to replace it or take it out of the order.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
